VENDOR APPLICATION

Are you a food truck, maker, or small business looking to join us at the farm?

We are NOW accepting applications for our Spring Shop and Play Saturdays at the farm.

 

 *PLEASE READ* ALL OF THE INFORMATION below before applying. Applications submitted that do not conform to the following will not be considered or replied to. Emails asking questions that are already addressed on this page will not be responded to.

*DETAILS & FAQ* 

​

We are now accepting applications for businesses and food trucks for our Spring Shop and Play Saturdays. This year, we'll be opening the fun park on Saturdays (ticketed) in addition to our maker's market which is open to the public.

 

PLEASE NOTE Food Trucks will be *NOT* be located behind the paywall within the fun park this spring.

 

Shop & Play Saturdays are *rain or shine* events, but the family fun park does close in instances of heavy rain.

Spots are limited. Only two-three food trucks per date will be accepted except for special food themed events like Strawberry Fest and Mimosas & Magnolias/Brunch Fest.

 

We will do our best to book vendors that do not have competing interests; this also means we will not book vendors that compete directly with our in-house concessions or permanent vendors (no popsicles/ice cream, kettle corn, candy apples, barbecue, or donut vendors will be accepted). We cannot guarantee exclusivity.

Electricity will not be guaranteed.


Market is rain or shine.

 

We highly recommend vendors bring a 10x10 tent with a backdrop. We will be locating our vendors under the pavilion, but as the sun moves throughout the day we cannot guarantee your location will not wind up in the sun (and heat).

A non-refundable site fee of $75 per date you plan on joining us must be paid immediately if application is accepted. Applicants are not guaranteed acceptance. This is a family friendly market- no vendors selling adult or potentially offensive items will be accepted.

 

Vendors are expected to be set up 30 minutes before the opening time of each market date and to remain until closing time.

SHOP AND PLAY VENDORS: I understand that I must provide my own 10x10 tent and table. I understand the event(s) I have applied for is rain or shine. I understand no electricital access will be guaranteed. I am able to pay the site fee if accepted. I understand that there is a strict no refund policy and it is my responsibility to plan accordingly if I am accepted to participate.

*VENDORS ACCEPTED AFTER 2/18 MUST HAVE A TENT. YOU ARE APPLYING FOR A TENT SECTION VENDOR SPACE. TENTS MUST BE 10X10 IN SIZE AND WEIGHTED DOWN SECURELY.
